Best Pho place in terms of price and taste. They are also one of the few restaurants open till late night. Good portion and cheaper than other pho places for sure. I ordered two mains and paid only 30ish including tips. The servers are usually quick in response, kind and helpful. Speaking of that, I want to hit the pho now...

Food and service at its finest. I love their house special pho and the porkchop rice toppings. The fried wings and the spring rolls are also very good. Parking is available at the back and their washroom is surprisingly well maintained for a 24 hour restaurant. I recommend this place.

My new go-to Vietnamese restaurant! Large portions, good food, & wonderful service. The food was delicious, esp the satay noodle soup. So spicy but so flavourful. We also got rare beef pho (can’t go wrong!), spring rolls & the iced coffee. This was strong, strong iced coffee but I really enjoyed it! The owner is also really nice and cheery. Highly recommend! Cash or debit is accepted

I love my special fish vermeil bowl (19). Maybe the best one I’ve had in Vancouver. Totally didn’t expect to see a whole 1/3 fried fish that comes with the dish. Service was super friendly.

My Friend really likes here so we come together. She ordered satay beef noodle soup and i ordered lemon grass chicken with spring roll. The restaurant is not too big, but very organized and clean. Their tea is very good. The portion is big and tasted. I'll bring my family go there again.

Traditional Vietnamese restaurant. Definitely not fancy looking but the food here is awesome. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Nice quiet music in background. If you like Vietnamese food it’s definitely a place to try as some things on the menu are unique to this location.

BEST Ca phe sua da ever. Not too sweet and not watered down. I usually go here for the Bun Bo hue but every other dish I've had is great.
